Return Period
We accept returns of items within 14 calendar days of the date you received your order.
Exchanges and Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, eligible returns are exchanged for another item, or a store credit is issued in the form of a gift card equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used on any future order on our website and does not expire.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:
They must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them.
All original tags must remain intact.
They must be returned in their original packaging.

Shipment
- All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) or during weekends/holidays will be considered received on the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress.
